The following are rules applicable for returns of the goods which are sold on our business portal under the name and style Dartgo.in
The certain products which cannot be covered by the returned policy are marked on the portal by notifying it as non-returnable.
All other products which are returnable are subject to the communication of any defect or damage within 12 days from receipt of the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org of under the business name Dartgo.
On receipt of communication we will verify the reasons for return of goods request and if we found the such request is genuine such as the customer has ordered A product but got delivered B product due to oversight those will immediately accepted and replaced.
In all other case where the products are required to be return on account of workmanship or quality of material then that request will be verified with the supplier and after getting the suppliers comments such goods will be accepted for return and replacement.
In case if the products are covered by warranty clause of the supplier then such goods can be replaced subject to verification of the complaint by the supplier within the notified period of warranty.
In case of High Value products the cost of the product will be compensated as per the terms of insurance policy and on realizing the damage cover from the insurance company.
All the above return policies are applicable only if the product are returned in Original packaging and in Original form in which it was dispatched.
In case if the product is received in damaged condition during the transit in that case the customer has to open the package in front of logistic person delivering the package and the said package should be return to the said logistic person.
In case of any complaint of damage it will not be entertained if it is not notified to logistic person under his signature.
In case of services the complaints of defective service need to notified within 3 days from the date of service. The said defective service should be notified by the recipient of service on email@example.com under the business name Dartgo.
The claim of defective service will be verified with the service provider and if the service provider accepts such defect then the claim of free service of such provided service will be entertained.
In case the customer selects the items of True Copy and by fitment of such parts if the other genuine parts in the said assembly get damaged then we will not be responsible for such damages as the replacement of wore and toregenuine parts by true copy parts is a customer own choice and we have no role much less recommendation role in purchase of such parts.
Our return policy does not cover any damages caused by any force majeure circumstances.
Our return policy is subject to modification and amendment at the interval of one year.
In case it is found that the claim of customer is based on fraudulent act , in that case we reserved our right to initiate legal rights on cost and consequences on customer including criminal proceedings.
